The Object of The Washue Game . . .
How Many Can Play?
2 People (two teams of one) or 4 People (two teams of two) . You may have up to 6 People (if each person tosses one Washer) (two teams of three)
How Do You Play?
Each team has 3 washers.
One person on each team tosses the washer, trying to toss it closest to or in the Washer Box/Can. Each Team Alternate throws. The last scoring team throws first.
Point System:
The top scorer gets the point. However, you can cancel each other out. For example, if the red team has one in the can and one in the box and the blue team has one in the box and one outside the box (within 1ft). The points that count are the three points of the red team that are in the can (the one the red team has in the box is canceled by the one blue team has in the box).
The game is played to 21 points. You have to win by 2 points; these rules are similar to horseshoes.
Official Field Play: -
20 feet between cans (this may vary for younger players).
